mapped into the new system. In addition to leading a number of system
conversions, Mr. Emmons served as the COO for the largest provider of
enterprise software to the truckload transportation industry where he
oversaw more than 50 conversions.

- During the late eighties many of the Fortune 500 Companies adopted the
total quality style of management. The fundamental premise of this
management approach is an understanding of how the current system works and
which changes will provide the most significant improvement. Mr. Emmons has
10 years experience with a Westinghouse company and APL, Inc., where he
successfully led a number of teams and received world class training.

- Beginning with basically a clean sheet of paper, Mr. Emmons has
had the opportunity to start four companies. He has successfully established
the operations, sales and marketing and accounting procedures for these
companies.
